Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any<br \/>circumstances, including inability to attend or participate in the event.<br \/>Please review all registration and participation details carefully before making a purchase.<br \/><strong>Transfer Policy<\/strong><br \/>If a registered delegate is unable to attend the event, the pass may be\u00a0<strong>transferred to a<\/strong><br \/><strong>colleague<\/strong>\u00a0from the same organization.<br \/>To request a transfer, please email us at <a href=\"mailto:fla@statmarcomgroup.com\"><strong>fla@statmarcomgroup.com<\/strong><\/a> with the following details:<br \/>* Original delegate\u2019s name and email<br \/>* Replacement delegate\u2019s name, designation, and email<br \/>All transfer requests must be submitted\u00a0<strong>at least 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>before the event date<\/strong>. Requests<br \/>received after this period may not be accepted.<br \/>Please note that\u00a0<strong>expo space<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>sponsorship entitlements<\/strong>\u00a0are\u00a0<strong>non-transferable<\/strong>\u00a0unless<br \/>approved in writing by the event organizers.<br \/><strong>Pass and Package<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Validity<\/strong><br \/>All d<strong>elegate passes, expo spaces, and sponsorship packages<\/strong>\u00a0are valid only\u00a0<strong>for the<\/strong><br \/><strong>specific event edition<\/strong>\u00a0they are purchased for. They\u00a0<strong>cannot be carried forward<\/strong>, credited, or<br \/>applied to future events.<br \/><strong>Event Postponement or Cancellation<\/strong><br \/>In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or canceled by the organizers,<br \/>participants will be notified promptly.
