Refund Policy

No Refunds

All purchases made towards delegate passes, expo space, or sponsorship packages are
non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any
circumstances, including inability to attend or participate in the event.
Please review all registration and participation details carefully before making a purchase.
Transfer Policy
If a registered delegate is unable to attend the event, the pass may be transferred to a
colleague from the same organization.
To request a transfer, please email us at fla@statmarcomgroup.com with the following details:
* Original delegate’s name and email
* Replacement delegate’s name, designation, and email
All transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date. Requests
received after this period may not be accepted.
Please note that expo space and sponsorship entitlements are non-transferable unless
approved in writing by the event organizers.
Pass and Package Validity
All delegate passes, expo spaces, and sponsorship packages are valid only for the
specific event edition they are purchased for. They cannot be carried forward, credited, or
applied to future events.
Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or canceled by the organizers,
participants will be notified promptly. The organizing committee may offer alternatives such as:

*Participation in the rescheduled event, or
* Credit transfer to another event organized by the same entity (if applicable).
No cash refunds will be processed in such cases.
